The meeting was held in Milan, on the 16th-17th July 2009; the attendees talked about proposals and needs of citizens, sharing them with local authorities and institutions. The video shows Isabella Steffan’s intervention: as President of SIE (Italian Society of Ergonomics) – Region Lombardy, promoter of the project FLAG for Design for All Foundation and co-founder of ENAT – European Network for Accessible Tourism, she focused on the adoption of a Design for All approach and on the need to spread the Design for All culture.
